Had a wonderful time in this ultra-clean well-decorated home. Loved the ambiance in this cozy home on the nicest tree-lined street in an incredible neighborhood! So close to the beach in one direction, and cute shops & restaurants In another. Brad was quick to deal with a broken-glass issue on the patio when we first arrived, and everything was fantastic the entire four days. Appreciated the welcome gift, and abundance of condiments provided. The 2nd bedroom is set up for kids (toys galore for the little ones!), but was perfectly comfortable for us. The Fire Pit was easy to operate, and made for a super relaxing atmosphere when combined with water features in both the front & back. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area. Loved it!

The hospitality was more than I expected. I have stayed in a few places an I gotta stay these owners paid attention to detail. I will begin with how comfortable I felt when I arrived. The place is simply beautiful with furniture placement that allowed us to enjoy our stay. The setting throughout the home allowed us to enjoy the front sitting area to all of the indoor and we enjoyed some time in the patio by the fountain. Along with this the owners had everything explained on how to use all of the amenities. Thank you J & I

Brad and his wife really pulled all the stops with their gorgeous property. All the little details were appreciated and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house fit 5 adults comfortably and was the perfect place to stay without needing to rent a car. We enjoyed walking to the beach, to 2nd Street, and to the nearby bars. We always ended the night with a glass of wine by the fire pit. Don’t forget to take lots of photos in the front yard and backyard. The landscaping makes a really lovely backdrop for portraitures!

We are a first time user of any home rental. This was very easy. The home was very clean and comfortable. They had a ton of extras. Beach necessities, toys for children, and other comforts. We used this home as our landing site as we explored SoCal. It was the perfect Spanish - style abode. It was beautifully appointed and the owners thought of EVERYTHING. The Belmont Shores area is a great place to spend down time. Can't recommend it enough!

It was a perfect place for us and our two sons. Much better than any hotel. The kitchen has new appliances and were great to have as eating out every meal is not great. The street is a quiet and narrow but you can find parking during the day no problem. The location is ask it states in the add, but we counted about 310 steps but we are not so tall. :) Would stay there again if they would have us...

The house was awsome. The out door space was not very good not clean and furniture had spiders and overgrown plants and lots of bugs we did not use it.
