| Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 8-12) Near the top of the mountain and numerous recreation facilities, a large contemporary awaits you and your vacationing family or group. Soak up the quiet as you watch the deer, wild turkey, raccoons and other wildlife from many tall windows inside. This Non-Smoking, Pet-Friendly home is fresh and inviting. The Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen are entirely open and awesome, with soaring ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, TV with DVD, a CD/Radio, and lots of comfortable seating, even a rocking chair! In warm weather, there is a large, screened porch with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. The floor plan encourages togetherness and sharing of special moments.Our Kitchen and adjacent laundry area are fully-equipped, with all the large and small appliances one could need. Just bring your groceries (and detergents and paper products, of course!) and LET THE FUN BEGIN! The first floor has a second Master Bedroom with a Queen bed. There is a second Queen bedroom, and lastly, a full bed in the other bedroom. The first floor bath is Hollywood-style, with two compartments, so that two guests can use it simultaneously. The Master Suite is on the upper, loft area and features a king-size bed, (also a toddler's bed), large skylight, a private balcony, and a large bath with two-person Jacuzzi surrounded by natural cedar, mirrors and a wooded view. There is also a separate shower, great after a brisk run in the mountain air. Blankets, pillows, linens, and comforters are provided. There is also a double futon and a sleep sofa in lower level family room.) The Lower Level is one very large Family Room with a pool table, a Foosball game table, TV with DVD, lots of comfortable seating, and room for card playing, games, etc. This is a great room for relaxing after an exhilarating day on the slopes, or hiking around the Poconos. We rented Chris' house for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together. It was a perfect location. The house was big enough for all of us (8 people) to be together without getting in each other's way. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a holiday meal and the dining room table opened up to accommodate us comfortably. The gaming tables downstairs made for an entertaining 2nd gathering space. Chris was extremely helpful before and during the visit (there was a minor appliance repair needed and she had a repairman at the house within 1 day during a holiday!). Thank you, Chris, for a most enjoyable holiday stay!

Booked last minute and had a wonderful vacation from start to finish. The spacious home is clean with comfortable beds and plenty to do for everyone. The owners supply all you would need to have a stress free vacation. So thoughtful, a printer is also available to print tickets for the activities that are available close by. We had a wonderful week and look forward to coming back again! 5 Stars from my Family!

Very relaxing vacation in very comfortable home in the woods, fully equipped kitchen and more. Very nice community with indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, lake with canoe and kayaks. We were very happy because our dogs can swim in it. We also see family of deers several times, we love the nature. Definitely will be back next summer.

We could not have wished for a better place to spend a family Christmas with our family from New Zealand. We arrived to this wonderful home, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and immediately felt at home! Everything was prepared for a comfortable and memorable time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the living rooms were cosy, the firewood was plentiful and the location was beautiful! Chris was in constant communication and ensured we were well looked after during our stay. The deer strolled past on regular occasions and we were treated to a snow fall on our final night! We would highly recommend this rental! Thank you Chris for making our 2015 Christmas such a memorable one!

My husband, my son and I stayed here for a week for our vacation and couldn't have been happier!! The house was beautiful! Very clean, more than enough essentials already in the house (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) and the community it is in was very nice. We loved the downstairs space with the big screen tv, pool table and air hockey table. Came in handy on the rainy days. Rooms were more than spacious and having a washer/dryer there was very convenient! We saw deer almost everyday right outside our window, which is so nice when you're from the city. The jacuzzi in the upstairs loft was so nice at the end of the day! Chris was very nice to work with as well. She's very sweet! We will definitely come back for another vacation!
