About the Property
Tudor Rose Manor has two large family rooms. One of which is located on the ground-level and features newly finished hardwood flooring.Each has an entertainment center with an abundance of board games, a stereo, TV and a DVD/VCR player. We even provide 100s of movies to choose from! Create a home-like ambiance by using the complimentary firewood and lighting a fire. Each room has two queen size innerspring futons to sleep additional guests.The ground level features an elegantly appointed gourmet kitchen with granite counters & stainless steel appliances. The appliances include a gas stove, a dishwasher and a refrigerator/ freezer. We also provide dishware for up to 14 adults (and unlimited children under 12).Small kitchen appliances include a microwave, coffee maker, toasters, toaster ovens, and waffle irons.The dining room features two dining tables that seat up to 20 guests, as well as two stools. |

The interesting layout in this large house worked well for us with the upstairs divided into thirds for 3 families with children (ages 3 - 20) & 2 couples’ downstairs. Wonderful eating areas inside & out. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Enjoyed both the front & back yards & the walk of 4-5 short blocks to the beach. Love Rio Del Mar beach with Aptos Creek as a safe place for the kids to play. Appreciated the wagon provided to take supplies to the beach.

The Rose Tutor Manor was a fun gathering place for our family.... ages 72 to 12. Lots of room to eat inside or out. It was clean and had lots of fun little places to hang out. We loved playing croquet on the front lawn and its proximity to the beach. The Spa was a big hit also.

Multitude of good touches. Every utensil you could possibly ask for. Loads of games, CDs, books, etc. Plenty of freezer and refrigerator space. Cooperative landlords. When the hot tub heating stopped working repairman was rapidly dispatched.
