About the Property
Sleeps up to 18 people. Turquoise Turtle Beach House is located on top of the beach dune 1 house from ocean front. Small ocean view available. Our home has separate 4 bdrm/2ba and a 3 bdrm/2ba villas rented separately or combined for larger groups and family reunions. We are 1/2 mile to your shopping needs. 12+ restaurants are within a mile of the home. There is a shared gas BBQ grill. Each villa has its own entrance, kitchen, and laundry. Parking for up to 9 vehicles. The space Renters must be 25 years or older and must be on premises when younger guests are on property. Our space has designed to create unity with privacy. The upstairs Turtle Beach Villa can sleep up to 10 people and the downstairs Turtle Nest Villa can sleep up to 8. These are private, separate villas that can be used together for large groups. Each villa is equipped with what you will need to stay. Our desire is for you to enjoy the beach but leave the sand outside. An outside shower is provided and conveniently located hose. The drainage system is not designed to remove sand left in towels or dumped in bathroom fixtures. Guest access Keys will be presented on arrival. Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking for the property manager to coordinate meeting you at the property upon your arrival. Arrival time is at 4pm. Arrivals after 6pm will be classified as late. Late arrivals must receive instructions for checking in on or about 4 PM Other things to note Corona Virus State regulations will be sent to you prior to check in. An Exit Check list is provided here. FYI: Important points 1. NO Smoking in the house. Immediate removal without refund is the result of smoking inside along with being billed for the removal of the odor. 2. All toilets and drains are pumped back up to street level . Tampax, Pads, diapers, and beach sand clog the pump. Please do not allow any of these items to go down the drain. 3. Contact the manager between 8am and 8pm, unless it is an emergency. 4. WIFI and the WIFI key are posted on the refrigerator. 5. Trash Pick up is early Monday and Thursday mornings. Containers are on South East corner of the property on Hill Street. 6. Salt air damages the appliances and all metal in the house so please keep doors and windows closed. 7. Remove all sand outside the house. There is an outside shower on the North East corner of the house and a hose to assist you with this request. 8. No parking on Hill street. Hill Street is a single lane road and must be left open for vehicles to pass. Nose in your car toward the house and 3 cars can safely park. 9. Any mechanical failures call David , or Lori . 10. The Trundle Beds roll out from under the top bed. The release bar-latch on the front edge under the bed allows the bed to raise up or lower back down to be stowed away. 11. Cleaning and disinfectant spray have been provided for you to maintain a safe living environment. 12. Please place furniture back where it was when you arrived. Checkout Checklist • Set Air conditioner to 78 degrees • Set refrigerator to setting 1 • Remove all trash from the house and place in the designated area on Hill Street. • Wash all dishes and cookware. This was an amazing place to take our Salon Team! We wanted to reward our team for working so hard and making it through 2020! I wanted this to be perfect for them and it was PERFECT! The location is minutes away from the beach and wonderful restaurants!! Carmen and David greeted and did a wonderful job showing us around! We will definitely return! By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Thank you David and Carmen! Our team felt refreshed and renewed after staying at this beautiful beach house!

I can’t say enough about our experience! The decor of the home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice! The home easily accommodated our family of 15 people with plenty of room. The home was extremely clean and everything we needed for the perfect beach weekend was available to us: close proximity to food, shopping, etc., beach within a 60 second walk, plenty of in-home amenities, even beach towels, chairs, & toys, etc. for use while laying out and enjoying the beach. We were also happy that the bottom villa provided ease of access for my 87 year old grandmother. David & Carmen were amazing hosts; the communication was top notch and they were available to immediately respond answer any questions and address concerns. The experience we had this weekend was so wonderful that my family and I are already planning on making this an annual trip!

David & Carmen are excellent hosts. They were onsite to check us in by giving us a tour of the property, answering any questions we had, and giving us recommendations on local fare. They even left us a welcome basket stocked with snacks and treats for the dogs! The house itself is one of the more unique ones I’ve stayed at, with various areas to hang out inside and out and different decor in every room. Its location was great as well: not even a block away from access to the beach, a 4 minute drive/12 min walk to Publix (grocery store), and about the same distance to restaurants. A note for those bringing dogs - the beach nearby does not allow pets (except for service animals), however, there’s a great dog beach at the Smyrna Dunes Park (15 mins driving), but you will have to pay to park there.

This place is a unique gem! It has many little nooks for sitting or relaxing, plenty of bedrooms, and lush landscaping. David and Carmen were excellent, communicative hosts. Our group of old friends had a blast. The walk to the beach is short and easy, and there's a tiki bar within walking distance as well! You'll love the funky decor and the care that's been put into this home.

A perfect place for a large gathering of friends and family. Pictures don't really tell the story of how much room there is to relax and socialize. The teens and 20-somethings in our group appreciated having nooks to hide away and the rest of us hung out in the multiple large spaces both indoors and out. The kitchen upstairs was amazing and appointed with all the housewares needed. Additionally there's a big gas grill that was ready with two tanks of propane. Beach location is ideal. You're steps away from access points, and the hosts provided many beach chairs, boogie boards, and assorted other beach toys. Just a couple steps further and you can eat and drink at a cute little Tiki Bar that even serves breakfast. Right nearby is a huge grocery store (Publix) and many restaurants. A mile away is famous Flagler Avenue. The street behind the house nearest the beach is a quiet one with very little traffic. Perfect for quiet strolls with the pooches. Note the other side of the house is the main drag through NSB but we did not have trouble with noise. Finally the hosts were wonderful. Carmen met us and even called ahead when the area was experiencing a power outage to give us options. In the end it cleared up quickly. They left a completely unexpected gift basket for my birthday and anniversary that we were celebrating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next opportunity to stay!

David and Carmen are superb hosts and their house is absolutely lovely. We were a group of 14 people plus dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone. Carmen included some very thoughtful personal touches that made the occasions we were celebrating feel extra special. Lastly, the location of the house is A+. Saying it’s a block from the beach actually makes it sound farther than it really is, which is just a few steps.
