Great location. Walking distance to OXXO store. Few steps to ocean. Our host was awailable within minutes to help with any questions. Will recomend to large group or family.

My family of four had a wonderful trip despite the fact we had red flag conditions on the beach each day. this is a testament to the communication of the management crew and daily housekeeper. We stopped at a supermarket on the way to the Villa and taxis were easy to grab for a nightly dinner or lunch. We had an amazing trip and look forward to a return visit.

The villa was great! Beautiful beach front. Very clean and decorated nicely. The location is right in front where the sea turtles lay their eggs. We were fortunate to have a late night spotting. It's pretty awesome. Kitchen is well supplied. Filtered water dispenser which was really nice. Has a pool that's nice to use. Restaurant that had good fish tacos by the pool too. Villa not far from the local grocery store. It's in the mall. Can get homemade tortillas for $1 in the baked bread section. Upstairs has a yummy restaurant with fried banana dessert and more West side Mexican food. Carne asada, burritos style instead of Carribean flavor. Take the bus. It's cheaper and a crazy ride. Don't exchange money at the airport. Do exchange money at the downtown Plaza but you will need your passport to get the best rate. Do get smaller change for the bus. 12 pesos/person one way. Owner Alona was responsive and checked in several times to make sure we had everything. She has a housekeeper, which was a nice surprise, who comes every day and Max can pick up at the airport for $65 round trip. He has a nice clean van that can hold a lot of people. Also have him take you directly to grocery store and get supplies before settling into the villa. Not a reflection of the property but the beach has lifeguard that was annoyingly blowing his whistle all the time and could only swim in a very small section. They will tell you it's because of safety or seaweed or whatever depending on who is on duty. We also were kicked out of the water and couldn't swim after 5:30pm. That was not great for us as we like to go swim when the UV rays are lower. The waves were great for boogie boarding on most days. If you have little kids, it was calm some days but you also have the pool too. It was a nice break. We will come back again and bring family to rent out the next door villas so we can all stay at the same time. Great price and space for beach front. Can't get any better than that!

The house was great for our two families. The view was even more beautiful in person. Everything you need was in the house and the pool at the resort was great. The house did smell like mildew however. Alona went above and beyond to communicate with us. There was a power outage one day and she even offered to bring tacos to us!!! What a great host!

Wonderful host, beautiful villa right on the beach! The most gorgeous views of the ocean anytime of day! We met friendly next door neighbors from our very own home town and the highlight for me was seeing a huge sea turtle laying her eggs right on the beach beneath us! Our family had a really great time! We’d definitely come back and stay a little longer next time!

The property is very nice! Alona was extremely helpful in setting up transportation to and from the airport, and giving advice on where to get groceries and safe places to exchange dollars for pesos. Jannell, the maid, was really sweet and did and excellent job on keeping things clean. She even did our laundry, so we tipped her well at the end of the visit. We rented wave runners one afternoon and saw many giant (6 foot long) sea turtles in the water directly in front of the villa. It was truly amazing. The only tip I have is to check on times of year when the seaweed isn't coming in with the tide. It was pretty thick during the week we stayed in late May and early June. We absolutely loved our vacation at Alona's villa, and plan to stay there again in the future.

Upon arrival to the villa we were greeted by the house keeper. She was amazing, showed us around the villa and the amenities at our disposal. The Villa was spotless and perfect, pictures do not completely show how nice it really is. When the listing states on the beach, this is truly on the beach. You walk out the sliding door, down the steps, and you are on the beach. Water here was a perfect temperature and very refreshing. The Owner Alona was very communicative as well. She called me upon booking and asked if there were anything we needed, called again to check one more time before we took off for our trip, and then called once we returned to make sure we had a great trip. Truly a first class rental in my opinion. We are already planning a return trip, possibly yet this year. Thank you again Alona, it was a pleasure and experience renting your villa.

This condo is just like the pictures show. The views are great and the location too! Very friendly people. The owner Alona super fast in responding to messages and inquiries. You wont regret staying here!

This was our second time staying here and we still love it!!!! There just aren't enough words to convey how much we love staying here. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Alona has a great team of people in place, so all you have to do is pack and show up!!! From Max who will pick you up at the airport to Janelle at the house to keep things tidy, there really isn't anywhere else I'd like to go!

Well where do I begin with this owner. Alona is one of the nicest people we have ever met. She dealt with all my silly questions leading up to our stay. We were there 7 nights 8 days with two families and kids. Kids ages ranged from 15-21. This place is beautiful plenty of room for us all to have our own space, patio is spacious and well equipped with chairs, hammocks, and towels. Loved the outdoor shower for coming in off the beach. When this place says beach front it truly means beach front. Clean and updated, we cooked at the villa and found nothing that we were missing the entire time for cooking. The view is amazing the layout is functional plenty of bathrooms and closet space, wifi worked great. I also need to make sure I mention the inclusion of her driver and maid. Max and Yenellie were awesome and catered to our every need. We locked our selves out of the villa by accident and Yenellie showed up after reaching out to Alona in no time at all. I mean who could complain while sitting on the patio in the sun awaiting re-entry to the villa. If you are considering this villa I guarantee it will not disappoint you. We will be back, until next time, thank you all for your hospitality and Alona your amazing. Love the Tili and Whittman family.
