About the Property
Villa La Estancia has the only privately-owned beachfront condominiums on the fabulous Medano Beach of Cabo San Lucas, and operates as a five-star resort. Each of the condos is owned by an individual or group of homeowners who take pride in their property. Our condo, number 1202, is the closest two bedroom condo to the beach! Even other owners admire our location and view, as our terrace looks out at Land's End and directly down at the action at the pool. Have a look at the Guest Comments below and convince yourself, as have our past guests, that this villa is the prime 2-bedroom villa in the resort! Medano Beach is wonderful for swimming and sunning and many other activities such as parasailing and snorkeling, but you will be tempted to stop at one of the two gorgeous pools or five hot tubs on the site. Or, you might choose to go into the executive fitness center for a workout or the spa for a jacuzzi, steam-bath, or sauna. Or you can just hang out at the pool's swim up bar and restaurant and let yourself be pampered by the friendly, expert personnel. World famous golf and sportfishing are at your fingertips, or you can rent ATVs and tour the desert area at the tip of the peninsula. Take a day trip to some of the fascinating towns of southern Baja California, or you can simply walk or take a short bus or taxi ride into Cabo San Lucas itself. Shop for Mexican jewelry, metalwork, and pottery, then enjoy your dinner at one of the town's countless excellent restaurants. Have a cocktail at the bustling marina, and watch the boats of the fishing fleet return from their day at sea. Be sure to stay in town long enough to sample the exciting night life - you will have all day tomorrow to snooze at the oceanfront pool! The condo is spacious and elegant, with almost 2200 square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. You will spend a good deal of time on the large terrace which looks down on the main pool and gazes out at Land's End, the very tip of the Baja peninsula. The terrace has ceiling fans, a wet bar, a refrigerator, and a gas grill in case you are in the mood to cook. The condo has a full kitchen (updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances) and dining room, breakfast bar, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. The couch in the comfortable living room pulls out into a queen-size bed, so the condo holds eight with ease. Adjoining the living room is a third full bathroom with shower. There are cable TVs and ceiling fans in every room, as well as a VCR and stereo in the living room. All Bathrooms have been updated in 2020, new photos will be posted when able. The expert and courteous concierge staff are dedicated to making your stay a total vacation. They will take care of all the details that you want to get away from on vacation, from check-in to check-out. They will arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and give expert advice on the activities in the area. If you are in a mood to cook, you can purchase groceries at the onsite grocery. Also available there are pharmacy items, jewelry and clothing, movie rentals, and even a delicatessen. If you just want to loaf, there is a fine restaurant on site, which also offers room service. This was our third trip to La Estancia, but first time in this unit and it was our best stay yet! The owner was fantastic, sharing information and making sure the unit was in tip top shape. The location and view of this unit can't be beat! We loved the proximity to the beach and pool but the best was being able to read a book right on your own balcony and feel like you are sitting next to the ocean. And the beds were extremely comfortable. We will be back for sure.

We stayed here 12/16 - 12/23 and everything was perfect! This was our third trip to La Estancia but our first to this unit. The location of the unit couldn't be better as you are steps away from the pool and the beach AND you can sit on the patio and still feel like you are on the beach. Additionally, the beds were sooooo comfortable. The owner Tom was fantastic and so helpful with all information. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Villa La Estancia many times. This unit is by far the best location of any of the 2 bedroom units we have rented. It is the second unit from the beach, directly overlooking the pool, the ocean, and an unbeatable view of Lands End. We hope to return soon, and often. We highly recommend. The staff at Villa La Estancia is most welcoming and go out of their way to make your. vacation the best. We were greeted everytime we returned from shopping, dining or just touring by a warm and sincere "Welcome Home". If you are on the fence about traveling to Cabo, don't be. It is wonderful.

This was our second time at VLE, and first in this unit. 1202 is a wonderful location with amazing views of Lands End. The photos don't do justice - the unit is beautiful. We would return to this unit in a heartbeat. This set-up was perfect for our family of 5. We took advantage of the fully furnished kitchen and enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the lanai every morning and soaked up the views. Highly encourage the easy trip over to Walmart for essentials. Our kids enjoyed the VLE pool, swim up bar and the chairs at the ocean. This location is absolutely great and an easy walk up the beach to the Office, Edith's or the Marina. Be sure to try the mangoes from the beach vendor. They are unreal! I would recommend renting a car, which you can do onsite via Hertz. Super easy to get around. Jump on Highway 19 and get to Cerrito Beach for the day with waves like I've never seen, yet safe for swimming. You will not regret it. Likewise, an easy ride up Highway 1 back to San Jose del Cabo and some amazing restaurants. Las Guacamaya's is a must. Likewise for Flora Farms. Kevin was great to work with and very helpful with recommendations and transportation suggestions. We can't wait to get back.
