About the Property
Our property offers a unique country setting with all the amenities of home. Just an 8 min drive to lake Hogan, or 20 min away from Lake Comanche where picnics, hiking, boating, skiing are available. Kids can enjoy outdoor adventures & have space to roam, play & explore. The house is bright and full of light with air conditioning for the summer and heat in the winter. There is ample space to accommodate large families, a work group on a retreat or a group of friends on vacation. The space PLEASE NOTE; THE GUEST HOUSE IS ONE STORY ON THE RIGHT AND ALSO SHARES ONE WALL WITH THE HOST HOUSE Other things to note The hot tub is available at a extra cost of a minimum of $70.00 depending on how many nights stayed ; must be arranged 5 days before your stay. |

Private, peaceful location. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Extra special touches: breakfast in fridge (wonderful after arriving late in evening), toiletries to use as needed, plenty of extra bedding.

We had a wonderful weekend and a very outstanding stay in Spring Valley, although the host lives next door we had lots of privacy and they were very friendly and A wonderful hospitality. I recommend this place if you’re family oriented or just looking for a place to hear coyotes and watch the stars at night and enjoy the outdoor wilderness in the country! Five

I personally enjoy this Ranch. I got to spend quality time with my adult children as well as my grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us and a huge table where we was able to enjoy meals together and play family games together. We really loved how the ranch was fairly close to multiple lakes in the area that we spent our afternoons enjoying. Last but not least, there was a huge indoor jacuzzi that you could enjoy for a small fee. We will definitely come back if we decide on another trip in that area?

Great place to stay! Extremely friendly host who was so nice and welcoming! House was clean and as expected. Bonus was the awesome cold coffee and few food items/kitchen/bathroom supplies they provided. Although we brought our own we totally took advantage of this and even was able to find items we forgot like aluminum foil and sandwich bags! Definitely coming back. Sad the hot tub was broken and we weren’t able to enjoy but we were told we would receive a discount at our next visit due to that & it would be working again! Yay!
