A two bedroom and two bathroom condo with 1112 square feet of perfection. The condo is located on the 2nd floor. Elevators are located in the middle of the building There is a King bed in the Master Suite and in the second bedroom has two Full-size beds. There is a 42" Flat screen TV in the living room with the Digital HD Cable package and a flat screen television in both bedrooms. Free Wireless high speed internet is included with password protection to the network. Our fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the modern day conveniences of full size stainless steel appliances; such as a glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and blender. There is also a washer, dryer, and iron with ironing board in the unit. |

Security Deposit: Either (Option 1) purchase an ARD, Accidental Rental Damage, wavier for $50 or (Option 2) a refundable security deposit of $400 The premises will be available for occupation from 4:00 PM on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure times may be altered under written consent and made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival and/or departure time. Fees may apply for early arrival or late departures. Please remember that this is a self-concierge condo. A 'starter' pack of 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP, small soaps, DW tab, small dishwashing detergent, is provided. There are NO food items provided. |

Very easy once the on line request was figured out. The personal call to get the reservation made and confirmed was so helpful. Emails were sent in a timely manner. Instructions for check in were very clear: address and codes easy to find.
