Luxurious two bedroom, one bathroom, 900 sqr feet unit, walking distance of best Condado beaches and tourist zone with 24/7 supermarkets and next to hotels, restaurants, casinos and cafeterias. The apartment is full of natural light with awesome views to Condado and the Ocean. It comes with a parking spot with beeper access control and is located in a renovated quiet building in one of the most beautiful areas of Condado, San Juan.
The apartment was recently renovated with marble floors, fully equipped (beach towels, linen, etc) and furnished with taste and elegance to the tiniest detail. All 2 bedrooms and living room have beautiful views to the city and ocean. Fully equipped modern kitchen overseeing airy living room with washer, dryer. All rooms have A/C units or mini splits. Wi-Fi internet connection for the entire apartment.
Master bedroom has queen size bed and cable tv. Guest bedroom with two twin beds. We have a portable crib. Living room with entertainment center with cable tv. Daily cleaning service not included. Maybe be provided at extra charge. There will be a departure cleaning fee.

This was my first visit to San Juan. This apartment which is located in Condado was perfect. First I commend the owners Manuel and Christina for their quick response, professionalism, and courtesy. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, perfectly located with a good view of the ocean. We were a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze, the owners met us both times. I would definitely recommend this rental, and can't wait for our next visit to P.R.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The apartment was beautiful and nicely furnished. So glad to have beach chairs, towels and a tent to use when we went to the beach. Very easy to get a hold of Manuel and Christine when we had questions.

My stay at this apartment was great! Christina was very nice and very helpful. She was considerate of my early arrival and accommodated an earlier check in time. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The washer and dryer in the apartment was a great bonus. The air conditioner was great . It was equipped with everything needed and more. I would definitely stay here again!

This lovely property in Condado provided me and 2 friends with a safe, clean, and very accommodating stay for our first visit to the San Juan area!! The property was lovely and conveniently located, with the beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores all within a short, safe walk. The decor was tasteful, the kitchen well equipped and the beds delightful! Dario and Cristina provided us with excellent service from check in to check out and were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and on my next visit to San Juan, I would happily return to this condo!! Thank you to all for providing such a comfortable atmosphere at a reasonable price.

The spotless well-apportioned condo is situated on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. Very easy check-in and check-out process . I highly recommend this condo - Cristina and Manuel are true professionals with a passion for providing excellent service.

The location was very convenient with beaches, grocery and restaurant within walking distance. But the real amazing part was the customer service orientation of Manuel and Christina who let us check in 2:30 am. With a baby this meant not only we avoided inconvenience of a move but also saved us money. Hats off to them for being great hosts.
