Relaxing 2 bedroom home next to million dollar beach in Lake George

This house was a great choice for our family. Jeff and Debbie made us feel welcomed to their lake retreat! Everything in the house was in excellent condition, very clean. We really enjoyed the view from the deck whether it was in the morning with tea and coffee or in the evenings with a cocktail! I would definitely recommend this house!

My family and I spent a wonderful week back in mid-July at Jeff and Debbie's house in Lake George. Communication was always very easy with Jeff, through email. He was very quick to respond and when he was going to be away, he let me know. I also spoke with him on the phone. Once it was confirmed that the house was available, he emailed me a lease, which I signed and returned along with a deposit check. I mailed my further payments and Jeff always confirmed their receipt by email. He also mailed me back the lease once he signed it. And few days before our arrival, he emailed the name and number of the gentleman who was going to meet us. This gentleman called me about 15 minutes before we reached Lake George to confirm he was waiting for us. The house was built in the late 2000s and it presents as new. It was clean as a whistle when we took possession. The pictures attached to the listing are accurate. There are blinds in each window. The house comes fully equipped. There are full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. The coffee maker comes with a permanent filter. There are dishes for four. There is a combination washer and dryer. The perks: central air conditioning, a gas bbq, cable tv with 100+ channels (including Disney Junior) and even WiFi! What more could you want? Even with two young children in tow, Million Dollar Beach was only a five-minute walk. This property was great with young children. The owners are very nice (they own a house down the street but only visit from time-to-time. We were fortunate to meet them and to be invited to enjoy the fireworks at their home). We honestly hope to return to this property in the near future.

A beautiful house! Jeff and Debbie met us when we arrived, and they couldn't have been nicer. It was very hot and the central air felt great! The house is close to everything and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely return there.

Our Family 2 week Vacation was not long enough. House was spotless and had everything we needed .Jeff & Debby Were friendly and a pleasure to talk with . .Photos don't do its justice Park your car and walk to everything unless you need too drive out of town ! A 20 min walk to town But most of the time we use the trolley up the street . Night life was awesome we took several taxie rides on the way back of a night on the town. I would definitely Rent this place again Thanks Jeff & Debby For A amazing Stay .

Great house and location. Easily walkable to the beach to swim or into town for restaurants and bars. Access to water was great, able to swim and fish right at the house. Caught some decent sized bass right off the dock. House was clean and owners were friendly and easily accessible. Would highly recommend!!!

This house was everything we had hoped for. Clean, comfortable, simple, convenient and cute. The location was perfect (just far enough away from busy, yet close enough!). The homeowners were cooperative, kind, fair and honest; the communication was topnotch. We will definitely return to this exact home the next time we visit Lake George (well, only if we don't splurge for the other rental these owners offer!!)

This 2 bedroom house is very comfortable, clean, well kept, and is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The owners are very nice and well organized. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a LG vacation spot. We plan a return trip next year. Steve and Diana

Beautiful home right on the lake, and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. House was spotless upon arrival, and very comfortable overall. The central air was a treat during some of the more humid Adirondack weather. Getting to town was an easy walk along the lake - less than a mile to Fort William Henry. Jeff and Debbie were easily accessible which put us at ease in case we needed anything. Very nice little neighborhood. Would definitely return!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of this house. It feels so much bigger than 900 square feet. Very clean inside and the owners are close by if you have any issues.
