Lovely exactly what we were looking for our spontaneous getaway. Didn't leave the house the entire three days! Very relaxing and has everything you could want or need.

We enjoyed our stay in this property for the extended weekend! The property is located in a quiet community. Good sized driveway and lawn area. Great for family get aways! Can fish close to the property!

Owner was very attentive

Super week! Had fun kayaking, feeding baby ducks, and really enjoyed the hot tub! S’mores and the loons at night were the best!

I stayed at Kim's house with my Husband, toddler, and in-laws. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the water. We used the dock as a hangout spot every day. I loved using the kayaks during nap time, and we enjoyed being able to get on my Father-in-law's boat right in the cove. When we first arrived, screens hadn't been put in the windows and it was HOT. We found screens and installed a few, and that made all of the difference. My only critique is that the screens should definitely have been put in before we arrived. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place. Kim's suggestion to drive up Lily Bay in the evening hours for moose was spot on. We had "gone moosin'" four early mornings in a row and saw NOTHING, but the one evening (7pm) we went looking, we saw two! Cross that off the bucket list. Basement with ping pong and pool table were a big hit for us after the toddler was asleep. I can't recommend bug spray enough! Lakeside living has its annoyances, but being prepared makes all of the differences. Thanks Kim!

This was the second year we rented this property. The property was in great condition. The owner (Kim) was excellent and attentive to any needs. He called to check in to make sure everything was ok. Excellent customer focus. Thank you again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is situated in a nice little cove so no boat traffic, calm waters and nice privacy. We didn't see anyone else in the cove our entire stay. Our 3 and 5 year old loved jumping off the dock into the shallow sandy water and so did our dog! Kayaks were also a great bonus to have on property. Not too far from Greenville for groceries, shopping/restaurants (just a few) and ice cream (dairy bar, yum!) And it was a pretty good location to access various hiking spots in the area (recommend Moxie Falls and Gulf Hagas) The bugs weren't bad for us either (maybe the time of year). We did have a bit of a trouble getting some windows open for air flow as it was pretty warm during our stay. Only recommendation would be easier to open windows and providing a few more fans to cool down bedrooms at night. Will definitely have in mind for our next trip to Moosehead!

This was such a lovely place for our family to spend a relaxing week. The town was lovely, the food was good, and the shops were so cute! Loved this lodge. Loved the decorations! The kitchen was easy to work in. The lake and the dock were fantastic! We loved being out there on all the nice days. We also enjoyed kayaking. Thank you for making this place available for us!

Property owner is really nice and easy to work with. Enjoyed the dock and kayaks out on the lake. Caught fish and enjoyed the area as usual.
