Recently remodeled with new appliances, quartz counter tops, new tile floors throughout, updated bathrooms and freshly painted. Living room features sleeper sofa, huge HD 2D/3D smart TV (55 inch screen). Smart tvs in both bedrooms. Master Bedroom boast ocean views with sliding glass door access to the porch. Master has a king bed and 2nd bedroom has a king bed. There are new mattresses, linens, dining & entertaining pieces. St. Simons Island and Georgia’s Golden Isles are rich in history, relaxed charm, and natural beauty, making it the perfect spot for Georgia vacations. The King and Price resort is surrounded by countless recreational activities, historic sites, shopping, and attractions that offer something for everyone. Enjoy the day at the beach, on the water, or visiting the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Christ Church, and Fort Frederica. After taking advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities, explore the Island’s numerous unique shops and art galleries. The address is K&P North Villas (the villas with a beach at high tide), unit 281, 1300 Downing St., SSI, GA 31522. Directions: Come onto SS Island and within a half mile, go straight on King's Way, - don't take the left fork. Travel down King's way (Ocean Blvd.) You will come to a traffic light in about three miles, which is the Village area (has the pier and trolley pickups, and shops). Continue through that green light, and go about 3 miles to the next light (a caution light), and turn right on Arnold. Then go 2 blocks, and just as you get to the K&P, go left to 'North Villas', about 75 feet. You will initially have to park outside the electronic gate there, and walk perpendicularly from the gate about 100 feet, to the elevators. You will see buggies next to the elevators, which will take you to the 2nd floor. Exit to the left, then go right and head toward the ocean side, you may hear or see the ocean, but you will soon see unit 281, and a lock box on the hand rail to the left of the entrance door. Get the pass cards and keys from the lock box. Go back to the gate. Insert a card into the slot, and go straight ahead to the unloading zone and park in that covered area there. When unloaded, back out, turn left, and go straight ahead to the end, and you will see 281. You can park in that covered area or in any area that does not have a unit number on it. Also, there is a beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach wagon , and ice chest etc., in the hall closet that you are welcome to.

Cleaning Fee $95
Check in is a 4:00 P.M. and Check out is at 10:00 A.M. But owner can be flexible at times.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less cancellation fee, if reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
Guests have the option of a $49.00 insurance protection or a refundable $500.00 damage deposit.
SMOKING: All Rentals are NON-SMOKING.
Taxes: There is no tax when Villa is rented for a month. Should it appear on your quote, please call owner to remove tax.
PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited in all Rentals.
