Waters Edge Villa overlooks the lovely palm-fringed beach of Cowpet Bay. This recently renovated, new to the market 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located directly over the beach. The ocean-front master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the full-length porch and a second bedroom faces the garden-side. Listen to the sound of the gentle waves on the beach while you relax in the comfortable porch furniture overlooking the harbor. Enjoy a refreshing tropical drink at one of the local beach bars and for dinner, walk the beach to one of the first-class restaurants or just relax with a cozy dinner at home. This villa has a living room and dining area, master bedroom with a king-size bed and the garden-side bedroom with twin beds which can also be made up as king-size. The unit accommodates 4 people and has a fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, plus a laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. Additional amenities include three flat-screen televisions, cable high-definition TV, telephones, VCR/DVD and stereo. FREE wireless internet is also provided on site. Nothing better then waking up from your cozy comfortable bed and being able to go sit out on an amazing balcony to drink your coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean.Water's edge is great location. The unit is clean and well maintained. If an issue does arise there are plenty of on island numbers to call on for Service. I have a son who lives on the island so I plan to rent the unit again when I visit him next time.

We just returned from a fabulous week at this wonderful condo. Everything was so clean and well-outfitted on our arrival, and there were helpful notes to guide us. My family and I had never been to the US Virgin Islands, so we weren't sure what to expect, but everything was lovely! The view from the condo balcony is gorgeous, and we always had a cooling breeze. Right down a few steps was the beach, and we really enjoyed snorkeling in the little bay and sitting in the shade relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi were right there too. We loved the two restaurants right on the beach--so convenient! We also walked up the road a bit to have dinner and listen to live music at the Blue Water restaurant at the Ritz. It was magical! Truly a memorable vacation!

This was our first trip to St Thomas and this was the perfect location and condo. The east end of the island has everything you need for a visit. The beach, view, bay are all gorgeous. The condo was organized, clean, comfortable, the deck is large overlooking Cowpet bay. The TVs, WIFI, electronics, gate, parking, appliances all worked great. They brought a tub with water/flowers to rinse the sand off your feet. We cooked most nights, the kitchen is fully stocked. Two grocery stores nearly, one on the way and one is red hook. Or you can eat at the restaurant for all your meals. You can rent beach items such as snorkel, fins, boards from the beach hut, the restaurant is excellent. You can snorkel right off shore, coral, conch, urchins. It is a gated community. We rented a jeep which you need to get around, the driving is left side of the road with american cars, steep, windy roads across the island. Only Budget lets you take the vehicle to St John by ferry. We took the day sail trip associated with the resort New Horizons, which was excellent, breakfast, , full sail across to St John, snorkel honeymoon beach, swam with two porpoise, lunch on boat and then to St James Island for second snorkel. Perfect vacation for our family. The owners were helpful and just great.

I stayed at this condo with my wife for 5 nights. The views of Cowpet Bay from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom are amazing. The amenities at this complex are excellent with a beach, 2 restaurants, a pool and hot tub, and a gym ($5/day per person charge for the gym only). The unit is completely functional with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 TVs, and a great covered porch. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Loved being right down by the water’s edge and being able to have the pool as well as the ocean. Great restaurant right on the property made it so easy to not have to leave the property for our 4 night stay

Unit was well furnished with particularly comfy patio furniture, one new shower stall of two,...no tub, close parking, stairs of five, seven and seven which they all have..little tough in our 70's, three TV's, decent dishes, pots and pans, spices, cold fridge but ice maker not working, quiet neighbors, strolling beach to wonderful Caribbean Fish House with great live music (a surprise), good bedding, constant breezes that fill the unit with no need for AC that coups you up, Would return for sure.

Loved our long weekend at Waters Edge. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It is even nicer than the pictures. Only a 5 minute drive to Redhook to catch the ferry, hit the grocery store or dine at one of the multiple bars or restaurants. Bill and Lorraine were very responsive and made everything a breeze. Spent one day touring the St. Thomas beaches (including the one on property) and caught the ferry to St. John's the next. Can't wait to go back - and would stay here again for sure! I miss the view from the balcony already.

My wife and I enjoyed two beautiful weeks at Water's Edge. This is surely one of the best units at the Cowpet West complex. Very nicely decorated, recently rehabbed, and well equipped. The location is equidistant from two grocery stores and very convenient to the west end marinas, Red Hook, and the ferry to St John. Great breeze off the water so no need for the AC (which works fine if you need it). Walk to the beach for an early morning swim, lunch at the St Thomas Yacht Club, or to dinner at Caribbean Fish Market, or just relax on the balcony watching the boats come and go. Sailors will love it! We certainly hope to return!

We stayed for a week in late June/early July. The condo is GREAT! The location is perfect, as it is near Red Hook, the ferry to St John, and several good places to eat. The pool is clean and there are lots of chairs. We spent several evenings and mornings just relaxing on the balcony. The kitchen is well appointed which made eating in very easy! The owners answered several questions prior to our stay and provided a few places to eat as well. We will definitely stay here again!! THANK YOU!!
